Importance of Exercise Therapy
The positive effects of physical activity are well studied and pleasantly experienced by the exerciser. From improving brain health and sleep, reducing the risk of chronic disease, building stronger muscles and bones and increasing pain tolerance, exercise helps us feel happier too! We will look at the forms of exercise you participate in and address any modifications as necessary. I may also prescribe specific stretches or exercises that will help with healing and rehabilitation for a variety of acute and chronic painful conditions.
